A new six-story building is under construction on the corner of Falls Park Drive and Main Street, directly across from the entrance to falls park. The lot was previous a parking lot next to chicora alley, across the street from the previous michelin on main building.
It appears to be Retail on the lower level, 12,000 feet of Class A Office Space, as well as mention of a rooftop pool and bar.
