The old West End Wine & Spirits and an adjoining structure have been demolished and a project has been started to fill the space in which the buildings previously occupied.
We got a tip that someone is building a private residence on the second floor and will be leasing out the bottom floor for retail space. It won’t likely be a restaurant or bar as that would create too much noise for the residents on the 2nd floor.
