A reader tipped us off to this one off West Antrim, near the Fresh Market. After doing a little searching, we came across some Commercial Real Estate listings, showing it’s being rehabbed as three separate spaces, which could be combined to create a larger space. The building appears to have been a lawyer’s office at one point.
Given the location, being that far off of Laurens road, we’d expect to see this space built out as offices or non-restaurant retail space. It’s a convenient space, but West Antrim doesn’t seem like it would get the traffic needed to support a restaurant.
