This non-descript little shop sits quietly between The Village Grind and Midtown Artery. A sign in the window says it’s under contract, but no word yet on what it’s going to be.
Our guess would be an art gallery, office or shop, as it seems to be a bit small for a restaurant, but time will tell. If you know anything in the meantime, drop us a tip.
