Nestled amongst local artists and creative startups, The Flow Depot at Hampton Station is a place of rest, restoration and education for the community, a place you can come to for massage therapy, yoga classes, nutrition and life balance training. It is an Open studio for healing artists, a place teachers can bring their following and heal our community.
Owner Brandon Cabaniss Says “I opened the studio because there was a need for space for teachers. I had followed my favorite teacher, Kimbi Tiez, around town for years. It was time to create a home for her and wonderful instructors like her.”
