The west end is already thriving with luxury apartments and condos, and perimeter hopes to be a new option. The renderings on their website look great, but follow closely the designs of other residential buildings in downtown.
The floorplans have names like Soho, Fifth Avenue, Broadway and Park Avenue, so we’re quite certain they’ll come with a high price tag.
Perimeter’s Social Media Accounts have been active since at least 2015, but nothing has been posted recently – Twitter stopped in March 2016, and Their most recent post on Facebook was August 2016, which makes us wonder if the developer has gotten cold feet.
Right next to Perimeter, another luxury development by the name of Traverse has their sign out, but similarly, no sign of the start of construction.
