The Commons is a new mixed-use development sitting upon 60 acres along the Swamp Rabbit Trail and will be centrally located in the future Unity Park development. It will bring together multiple shops, restaurants, and artists under a single roof.

Some initial tenants include Methodical Coffee, Community Tap, SC Bake Room, Automatic Taco’s first brick & mortar, and Golden Brown & Delicious, which is re-locating from their iconic spot in The Village of West Greenville. Additionally, The Commons will be home to numerous artists, and creators of fine goods and services.

The property has plenty of paking and is designed to be a “pedestrian— and family friendly gathering space” where the energy of downtown meets the enjoyment of relaxed entertainment and recreation. The building sits across the Swamp Rabbit Trail from El Thrifty, and will have a foot bridge for easy access from the trail.

Once home to Greenco Beverage distributing Co, the 71-year-old building will be restored to its original glory and will live on as the home to an artisanal food and beverage hall housing extraordinary local concepts coupled with unique retail and office space.
