Eagle Mountain Winery has announced plans to build on a 54-acre parcel of land in north Greenville County, near Travelers Rest. The property is located on Highway 11, between Highway 25 and Highway 101, and features beautiful streams, small waterfalls, southwest-facing hillsides and spectacular 40-mile mountain top views.

Although Eagle Mountain Winery is only currently in the developmental stages, the land has been cleared for the vineyards to be planted.  When the winery opens in early 2019, it will use grapes grown in the California wine region to produce its wine, until its own grapes have matured enough.

Amenities will include bocce ball courts, walking trails, fire pits and an outdoor sculpture garden.

Eagle Mountain Winery will serve food and wine from its tasting room and be open to the public seven days a week. The venue will also be available for weddings and private events during off hours.
