A popular fast casual restaurant from the midwest, offering a build-your own approach to crafting delicious poke bowls is getting ready to set up shop in Greenville on Pelham Road, just off I-85. Poke actually originated in Hawaii and featured cubed-cut raw fish with rice, veggies and toppings – basically sushi in a bowl.
We believe this location is opening in the old yogurtini space next to Firehouse subs (it’s the only space in that strip that isn’t currently occupied). We’ve reached out to Poke Bros on Facebook to confirm this is indeed the location.
Check out their photo gallery on their website. The food is crazy colorful – we’re sure the greenville foodies will have a field day at this place. Hopefully what they actually produce is this pretty – certainly these were beautified by a food stylist.
