An old dilapidated convenience store on the corner of Augusta and Dunbar is getting renovated. Into what exactly we don’t know. The construction firm Base 360 Has a sign up and has the old Right Price Grocery listed on their website, but provides no information as to it’s master plan.
The Greenville County GIS shows the property was purchased in 2010 by EGW Properties LLC and Upstate Business Journal reports that it was just Sold to Design Development LLC, both of which turn up very little info with a quick Google Search.
