Developers plan to breathe new life into East McBee avenue with a chunk of land they’re calling Keys Village. It’s in the space wedged between American Roadside Burgers and the Church Street Bridge, the current home to Cyclebar, but soon to be more.

Plans include an outdoor courtyard with a movie theatre screen, and plenty of funky, industrial decor. There are rumors that a brewery and restaurant will occupy the 4,400-square foot space right next to cyclebar, which features roll up doors. There is also another 2,200 square foot space next to American Roadside that could house another restaurant or bar.

The three-story building whichs butts up to the Church Street bridge would mostly house office tenants on the 2nd and 3rd floor, but retail space is planned for the ground floor.

It’s definitely a cool space, and being situated right between the broad street parking garage and the spring street parking garage means parking will never be an issue.
