What the best thing since sliced bread? How about fresh bread made from locally sourced ingredients. In a couple of weeks, the Bake Room bakery will be opening in the Village of West Greenville. Owner Wade Taylor says the bakery will first open as wholesale bake shop, selling his goods to local businesses and by special order. As the business grows, he may add some retail hours to his shop. Bake Room will definitely be participating in some of the farmers market and First Friday this spring.
